*****My paintings celebrate the beauty and power of nature. I'm as inspired by trees, animals, rocks and flowers, as by nature's inherent domination over civilization. As all things change over time, growing, disintegrating and yielding to new forms through the eternal remixing of matter, space and energy, civilizations will also dissolve, and new habitats will emerge in the form of pristine nature.
My art contains metaphors for this ephemerality, and for the interconnectedness of all that exists. |
